Description : - Handle escalated cases from the teams needed
- Perform daily coaching for his team members
- Monitor closely the performance of his team
- Evaluate his team performance
- Perform one-to-one evaluation meetings with all team members
- Conduct periodical meeting with his team
- Lead his team to reach the defined objective and service quality level
- Devise the training program for his team as needed

Qualifications : •Customer Service awareness
•High Problem Solving capability
•MS SQL Server knowledge is a must
•MCDBA is a must
•MCSE is an asset
•Business workflow concepts knowledge
•Good Customer Service & handling skills
•Good Writing Communication skills
•Capable of producing Quality work
•Capable of achieving the targeted Quantity of work
Gender : Any
Education major : Computer Science
Experience : 1-3 Years.
